Introducing a Sprinkler Irrigation System to Supply More Fresh Vegetables!
During the period of the seven-year economic planning, in order to consolidate and expand the achievements of water conservancy, the rural management departments vigorously carried out the struggle to establish dry land irrigation, especially sprinkler irrigation systems.
In 1969, over 13,000 vegetable fields in major cities and workers’ areas such as Pyongyang, Chongjin, Nampo, Xinyizu, Kangkye, Hamhung, Saliwon, Wonsan, Kaesong and Kangson, and Dekchon received a dryland irrigation system with sprinkler irrigation equipment. If ever you want to improve the output from your allotment then maybe you should follow the advice of the poster and vigorously carry out the introduction of a Sprinkler Irrigation System!

7개년경제계획시기 농촌경리부문에서 수리화의 성과를 공고확대하기 위하여 밭관개 특히 분수식관수체계를 세우기 위한 투쟁을 힘있게 벌리였다.
1969년에 평양, 청진, 남포, 신의주, 강계, 함흥, 사리원, 원산, 개성과 강선, 덕천을 비롯한 도소재지들과 주요 도시 및 로동자구들의 1만 3,000여정보의 남새밭에 분수식관수설비를 갖춘 밭관개체계를 받아들이였다.
